The withdrawal of the ISS case by the Supreme Court plenary

In an article published by ESTADÃO, our partner Tatiana Del Giudice Cappa Chiaradia comments on the suspension of the STF judgment on the exclusion of ISS from the PIS/COFINS tax bases. In her opinion, when there are already votes cast, this suspension causes insecurity for taxpayers that the discussions started in the Virtual Plenary are not reliable.
