Tatiana Chiaradia comments on studies for the creation of a tax litigation code

The National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the Federal Revenue Service have formed a working group to analyze the feasibility of creating a tax litigation code in Brazil.

In the opinion of Tatiana Chiaradia, the initiative is positive for simplifying procedures, but would be far from solving the problems of disputes between tax authorities and taxpayers.
