Raphael Pires practices in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, debt issuance and restructuring, succession planning, tax, and estate planning at the firm. He has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across various sectors of the economy, with a focus on agribusiness and energy sectors.
He is actively involved in private and public debt issuance, renegotiation, and restructuring both within and outside the B3 environment.
Additionally, he provides general corporate and contractual consultancy and wealth structuring, including asset protection, tax planning, and succession planning in Brazil and abroad for senior executives and business families.
Prior to joining Candido Martins, he worked in firms specializing in M&A transactions and wealth planning firms.
