Folha de S.Paulo published article discussing the controversy about the exemption of ICMS from PIS/Cofins calculation base with the contribution of our partner Tatiana Del Giudice Cappa Chiaradia.

The decision of the matter by STF is scheduled for April and taxpayers have obtained favorable and unappealable decisions in lower courts.
