Our lawyers Maria Paula Carvalho Molinar and Thiago Braga attended the II Congress on Estate and Succession Planning yesterday, organized by the OAB SP’s Commission on Succession Planning and Holdings. Several interesting and current topics, such as international taxation, tax reform, corporate governance for family businesses, were addressed in the panels.
