CM Minute: ITCMD – The impact of a possible rate increase

In this first episode, our partner, Alamy Candido, explains the Proposed Law for the State of São Paulo that calls for changes to the levies imposed under the ITCMD (Tax on Inheritance and Donation of Property). Among the changes to existing law, PL 250/20 proposes an increase in tax rates, with a progressive scale that goes up to 8%.
