Mateus Leite talks to E-Investidor about the possibility of Eletrobras’ privatization

The Office of the Union’s General Counsel (AGU) will go to court against the clauses of the privatization process of Eletrobras. According to the lawyer, AGU does not have the power to unilaterally change Eletrobras’ bylaws.
