Our partner, judge of the TIT, Tatiana Chiaradia, participated in an article published by Valor Econômico about a bill that extends the cases in which the public administration must observe the understanding consolidated by the Judiciary. Currently, the TIT is only obliged to observe it when the rule is set aside by means of a binding precedent, a direct action of unconstitutionality, or when the Senate suspends the execution of the provision.
