At the last CM Women meeting of 2024, the team gathered for a special launch: based on CM’s values and principles, the CM Women Primer collates additional values, offering practical guidelines that everyone should follow on a daily basis to promote a more inclusive working environment for women in the office.
At this meeting, CM reaffirms its commitment to promoting gender equality and ensuring that all the women in its team feel valued, respected and free from discrimination, based on 8 basic guidelines: inclusive communication, avoiding discrimination, collaboration and support, representativeness, a safe environment, appreciation, reporting and help.
The result of the group’s discussions over the last few years, the CM Women’s Primer aims to formalise the spirit that we are all responsible for contributing to the promotion of an inclusive work environment. Everyone’s collaboration is essential to creating a culture of respect and equality.
