Henrique Martins
Henrique is a founding partner of Candido Martins Advogados and is responsible for the private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law area. He has over 21 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, both in structuring and negotiating national and international operations in various sectors of the economy. His activities are focused on corporate and contractual consulting, and in structuring and negotiating.
His professional experience, before founding the firm, includes working in some of the largest law firms in Brazil. Literate in English and Portuguese, Henrique has a law degree in Brazil and in the UK.
Considered by international publications such as The Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and LACCA among the most prominent lawyers in Brazil and Latin America in the areas of corporate / mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, he has been highlighted by sources heard by the publications as “extremely responsive, getting deeply involved in all matters. ”
